Information you put in the app

DinnerDeck stores preferences, filters, saved weeks, favourite recipes, custom recipes, custom ingredients and shopping list state so that its features work. SauceDeck similarly stores saved sauces, favourites, custom sauces and planning preferences. Older app versions may also have stored profile choices such as gender or weight.

Local storage

App preferences and saved content are stored locally on your device. The current app does not provide account-based cloud synchronisation for this content. Deleting the app or clearing its storage may remove it. Restoring a purchase does not restore locally saved recipes or weeks.

Subscriptions and purchases

DinnerDeck uses Apple’s in-app purchases and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, purchase restoration and access checks. These services process purchase-related information, subscription status and technical identifiers needed to provide those functions. Payment details are handled by Apple, not directly by DinnerDeck.

Support messages

If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information or attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond to your request and investigate the issue. Please include only information relevant to your request.

This website

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, contact forms or non-essential cookies. Images and styles are served by the website itself. Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. Links to the App Store, Apple and RevenueCat take you to services governed by their own policies. Email links open your email application.

Use and sharing

Information is used to provide app features, manage subscription access, deliver the website and respond to support requests. Service providers involved in billing, app distribution, website hosting or email support may process information required for those services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can change preferences and remove saved content within the app. Local information may also be removed by deleting the app. You can contact us to ask about information provided through support, or to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to applicable law. Purchase records are handled separately by Apple and RevenueCat.

Nutrition information

Recipes and nutrition estimates are provided for general planning. DinnerDeck does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or professional dietetic advice.

Children

DinnerDeck is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support so we can review the issue.
